JOBSITE LOCATION: Paris, TX

STARTING SALARY: $114k-$143k per year (negotiable depending on experience)

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work/weekend hours may be required.

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Project Manager performs general oversight of many of the duties and tasks that must be accomplished in the construction or renovation of a property. They must be organized and able to delegate tasks and responsibilities to subordinate project managers, contractors, and laborers. A senior project manager's responsibilities cover a number of areas, including permitting, programming, design, business development and construction itself. In addition, a senior project manager shall be able to communicate a great deal with architects, clients, teaming partners, vendors of the products being used, and about the subordinate staff. The Senior Project Manager will also be required to develop individual reporting and progress to upper management on projects or tasks of certain jobs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
