Role Overview: We're looking for a Line Leader to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the packaging line and ensuring that production is fulfilled in full, on time, safely, efficiently.

STARTING PAYRATE: $17-$20 per hour

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 4:30pm – 1:00 am

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You'll Do:

  • Reviews production orders to determine product type, required quantities, packaging materials, and other specifications.
  • Monitors packaging operations and inspects products to ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Operates, fine-tunes, and troubleshoots packaging machinery, or escalates issues to the maintenance team as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years related experience.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
