Job Title: Assistant Line Leader

Role Overview: We're looking for an Assistant Line Leader to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting the line leader with overseeing the efficient operation of our production line. This would include addressing personnel, rework, and inventory issues as needed to ensure production is uninterrupted.

STARTING PAYRATE: $14.50 per hour

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You'll Do:

• Studies production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.
• Observes packaging operations and inspects products to verify conformance to food safety and quality requirements and customer specifications.
• Scanning in WIP and finished goods to ensure they are complete.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years related experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
