Rodgers Wade is looking for an Assembly Lead to join our team in Paris, Texas!

Pay Rate / Salario Inicial: $18�$20 per hour (based on experience)

What You�ll Do / Lo Que Har�s:

Verifies quality of finished pieces in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Verifica la calidad de las piezas terminadas de acuerdo con los requisitos de la empresa y del cliente.
Handles and resolves work and employee issues as needed.
Gestiona y resuelve el trabajo y los problemas de los empleados seg�n sea necesario.
Continually trains and develops employees to facilitate job growth and cross training.
Forma y desarrolla continuamente a los empleados para facilitar el crecimiento laboral y la formaci�n cruzada.
Participates in hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Participa en contrataciones, evaluaciones de desempe�o y acciones disciplinarias.
Immediately notifies supervision of any issues related to material quality and documentation as well as tool performance and needs.

What We�re Looking For / Requisitos:

Experience in construction or assembly work
Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
Team player with a strong work ethic
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
