Starting Pay: $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Some Saturdays and overtime as needed

What You�ll Do:

Communicates with Project Managers and Project Coordinators as well as external and internal customers to determine the potential scheduling of outgoing product.

Uses the Global Shop system to create sales orders, sales order acknowledgements, customer inventory reports, and packing lists.

Maintains proper ship dates inside of the Global Shop system. Conveys any changes to appropriate personnel/departments using established procedures.

Confers with customers and project teams regarding warranty and/or damage claims.

Confers with customers and project teams regarding product returns and follows the company established Returned Materials Authorization guidelines.

Requirements:

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
