  • Starting Pay: $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7 am – 3:30 pm
    Some Saturdays and overtime as needed

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicates with Project Managers and Project Coordinators as well as external and internal customers to determine the potential scheduling of outgoing product.

  • Uses the Global Shop system to create sales orders, sales order acknowledgements, customer inventory reports, and packing lists.

  • Maintains proper ship dates inside of the Global Shop system. Conveys any changes to appropriate personnel/departments using established procedures.

  • Confers with customers and project teams regarding warranty and/or damage claims.

  • Confers with customers and project teams regarding product returns and follows the company established Returned Materials Authorization guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
