What You’ll Do:

  • Assists Procurement Coordinator with all activities related to procurement of a commodity beginning with intent to purchase through delivery
  • Ayuda al Coordinador de Adquisiciones con todas las actividades relacionadas con la adquisición de un producto básico, comenzando con la intención de comprar hasta la entrega
  • Analyzes the requirements of the commodity including the preliminary specifications, preferred supplier and date commodity is needed.

  • Utilizes Global Shop to enter purchase orders, run automated purchasing, create/amend inventory part numbers, and enter/update costs on appropriate part numbers as required.
  • Utiliza Global Shop para ingresar órdenes de compra, ejecutar compras automatizadas, crear/modificar números de pieza de inventario e ingresar/actualizar costos en los números de pieza apropiados según sea necesario.
  • Makes calls as required to vendors for follow up on status of orders in the system.

Requirements:

  • Six months to one year related experience
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Pay & Schedule | Pago y Horario

  • Starting Pay: $17/hour (based on experience)
    Pago Inicial: $17 por hora (según experiencia)
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7 am – 3:30 pm
    Some Saturdays and overtime as needed
    Horario: Lunes a Viernes | 7am – 3:30 pm
