Role Overview: We're looking for a Strategic Recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in recruiting across multiple levels of enterprises to join our team and help support the activities of the Human Resources Department. The Strategic Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across the enterprise. This role partners with operational leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, attract top talent, and ensure an effective hiring process that supports business growth and workforce stability.

STARTING PAYRATE: $80k - $100k per year

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

What You'll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for open positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and long-term staffing strategies.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, career fairs, staffing partnerships, and direct sourcing methods. To utilize unconventional means when sourcing candidates.
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring activities, and manage offer processes.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical operational and professional roles.
  • Develop a strategic partnership with area high schools and colleges to find candidates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruiting best practices.
