JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction project including planning, directing and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of the project and the company are accomplished timely, safely and within budgetary parameters.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Education and Experience Requirements: B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field required and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as profitability and statistical inference, and fundamental of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentage, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply solves practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills: Ability to utilize software solutions for data and analysis in addition to a proficiency in Microsoft Office
