Shipping Supervisor

JOBSITE LOCATION: Paris, Texas

STARTING PAYRATE $22-$24 (negotiable depending on experience)

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday | 7am - 3:30pm and some Saturdays & Overtime (as needed)*

*when needed, primary overtime schedule will be Monday thru Thursday 5am-3:30pm & Friday 5am-1:30pm

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the direction, supervision, and productivity of RW Shop which includes work centers for Assembly, Lamination, Lay-up, Paint, and Solid Surface. Follows detailed work schedule, ensures quality and quantity standards, as well as production and safety procedures and goals are met. Supervises and trains personnel and other similar duties primarily those pertaining to the Shop.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:???????

  • Responsible for all employees in the Shop and assigns daily work duties.
  • Ensures work rules are observed. Ensures work crew starts and finishes on time.
  • Ensures crew is properly staffed and that proper standards of workmanship and maximum productivity are maintained.
  • Maintains output level to support production schedule.
  • Verifies quality of finished pieces in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Handles and resolves work and employee issues as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bilingual-Spanish preferred
