PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30 pm

*Depending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be needed

STARTING PAYRATE: $10-$15 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Line Leaders support the Line Leader in managing their line or lines on the production floor. The Assistant Line Leader ensures WIP is scanned into the line for production and that finished goods are scanned as they are produced. They support the Line Leader by addressing personnel, rework, and inventory issues as they needed to ensure production is uninterrupted.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In the event of absence, line leaders will be assigned as necessary to provide adequate production coverage.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED; and one to three years related experience.
